Evidence obtained by our surveyors will be to check for eligibility with the available funding schemes based on your economic or health status. This may require us passing details of your benefits, income and disabilities and proof of your eligibility for the scheme to our trusted Install partners. All personal data is held securely in the event of audits and complies with the latest GDPR regulations.

In the event of no installation taking place, we hold your information no longer than required to comply with the customer experience, in accordance with the fifth data protection principle. 

In the event of completed installation, elements of information created for the works (including some Personal information), will be held for 25 years to support the provision of the workmanship guarantee provided on your energy saving measures, in accordance with industry regulations.
